HOUSE EXTERIOR CLEANING
As the majority of properties we clean are rendered, we take the soft wash approach. Soft washing uses a low-pressure pump sprayer to effectively clean exterior surfaces using a combination of water spray and biodegradable chemicals that will remove, algae, mildew, lichen and black spots on all exterior surfaces. These biodegradable chemicals are safe for your family and pets.
GENTLE AND EFFECTIVE CLEANING FOR RENDERED SURFACES
The cleaning solution is applied by a brush and pole at low pressure allowing the solution to dwell on the surface to breakdown the dirt and organisms present. After the solution has done it work, the surface is gently rinsed with low pressure water.
It is imperative that rendered surfaces are soft washed as using high pressure could remove the render material and cause damage. Using the soft wash method enables surfaces to remain clean for longer period of time compared to power washing.
